I had an excellent experience at Equality Automotive Overmyer, and I especially want to recognize my service advisor, Gabe Villacorta. Gabe was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work that would need to performed on my sons vehicle. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service and feel like you’re genuinely being taken care of. I really appreciate Gabe’s honesty, communication, and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Equality Automotive Overmyer and Gabe to anyone looking for a trustworthy automotive shop and a service advisor who truly cares about his customers. 5 stars all the way! Jared and Gabe took care of my car after I did A LOT of damage hitting a pothole. Subframe damage front and rear, control arms, the works. Needed to drop the engine, tranny, and diff to replace/repair the damage. They communicated clearly, did the work in 3-4 days, and car is perfect now. A+ job, HIGHLY recommend. Check them out if you don’t want to pay dealer prices but need dealer quality work.
