This is not a 5 star garage. Consumer beware. This garage is poorly managed, unethical and not transparent. After 41 days I received a defective repair (transmission). Jared himself told me the transmission was working and just needed to finish the drive cycle. My truck won't even go through a drive cycle, I had to have it towed home and now will have to figure out where to take it to get the work done properly. On top of these issues I am missing an item out of my vehicle. Stay away from this place.

Sorry, Alisha we appreciate your feedback, We did everything we could for your extended warranty to cover the issue and get your a rental also after completing the repairs we gave a full refund of your deductible so there was no out of pocket expenses for you. We also recommend getting pre purchase inspections before buying a vehicle from a used car lot
